We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team of professionals. This position will support the new business sales goals and processes new business via interaction with outside agents, marketing representatives, policyholders, U/Ws and other internal and external customers. A typical day will include quoting and binding accounts on new business and policy renewals. 

The perfect candidate should be able to perform duties such as:

• Proper file set-up, processing, and distribution. 
• Able to establish and maintain relationships with outside referring agents and customers to facilitate new business processing in accordance with company underwriting guidelines. 
• Manage pipeline to insure need-by dates are met through the use of applicable reports.
• Maintains knowledge of new and existing products.
• Reviews and pre-qualifies all new business submissions for completeness and acceptability, electronically updates systems and forwards to Underwriting or Marketing Representatives within the required timeframes. 

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience servicing commercial insurance accounts or related Insurance exp. Knowledge of QQ Evolution a plus Property & Casualty License either 220/440 Must possess strong customer service skills. Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
